What we collect
When you submit a project brief, we collect the contact, company, project, timeline, budget and requirements information you provide. We also record operational delivery state for the related confirmation emails.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to assess your project, respond to you, manage the enquiry and maintain a security audit trail. We do not sell your information.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, we record approved call-to-action names, destination categories and page paths. We do not place form content or URL query strings into analytics and do not fingerprint visitors. Your choice is stored in your browser. Short-lived, one-way identifiers are used only to prevent submission abuse.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored with a contracted cloud provider and are accessible only to authorised Amplify Arc directors using multi-factor authentication. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, legal obligations and legitimate business records.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Email info@amplifyarc.com.
